Dawn on the Pond

This painting is a deeply expression of tranquility and movement, capturing the serene beauty of water lilies floating on a reflective pond.
With textured, dynamic brushstrokes, I layered shades of deep blue, soft greens, and warm golden tones to create depth and a sense of fluidity.
The delicate pink and red lilies emerge from the water, their petals catching the light and adding a vibrant contrast to the cool, flowing background.

I wanted to evoke both stillness and motion, the gentle drift of the lily pads, the shimmer of light dancing on the water’s surface, and the richness of nature’s colors blending harmoniously.
A wooden frame would complement the organic feel of the piece, enhancing its natural warmth and inviting presence.

Original painting on high quality canvas, painted with acrylic colors. Palette knife was used to shape painting’s texture and make it tridimensional.

All my paintings are coated with 2 layers of varnish in order to protect the painting from dust and UV rays, you can clean it with a damp cloth or dust with dusting feather.

Painting is shipped in a cardboard tube or box, depending on the option you choose, with FedEx or UPS and it’s insured against lost or damage during transport.
